Any offers referenced in videos contained on this website were valid on the original program air date only. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

Fraud

By becoming a student, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your studentship can be canceled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of Use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Femi Lazarus Ministries /Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry in its sole discretion. If studentship has been revoked, Femi Lazarus Ministry /Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the school program.

Nontransferable

Refund Policy

Because of the large volume of digital downloadable materials (such as e-books, notes, bibles, manuals, slides, documents, videos, audio, images, and more) enrollment in Femi Lazarus Ministries, the Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry, Mentorship academy training, seminars, mentorship is non-refundable.

Lapsed Accounts

In order to keep the Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry membership roster current, if a Member does not access his or her account for 1 year or more, Femi Lazarus Ministries/Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Member's account. Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry will endeavor to notify a Member of Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry intent to terminate such Member's account by notice to such Member's provided email address at least 30 days before deactivation. If the Member fails to respond to such email notice within 30 days after the day it is sent by Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry such Member's account will be terminated as noted above.

Therefore we strongly recommend that all Members keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While Femi Lazarus Ministries/Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry to have been abandoned.

Verify Members' Address

Femi Lazarus Ministries/Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Femi Lazarus Ministries/ Femi Lazarus International School of Ministry.

Errors and Omissions

Please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Legal Disputes

We shall make an effort to settle all disputes amicably. Any dispute arising out of this Terms of Use, which cannot be settled, by mutual agreement/negotiation within 1 (one) month shall be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse ("LMDC") and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A10, Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitrator shall be appointed by both of us (we and you), where both of us are unable to agree on the choice of an arbitrator, the choice of arbitration shall be referred to the LMDC. The findings of the arbitrator and subsequent award shall be binding on both of us. Each of us shall bear our respective costs in connection with the Arbitration. The venue for the arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria
